		<description>If that car originally had one..you most likely need to put one on as they would be required for an inspection. Any inspection station that passes you without a converter that&#039;s suppose to be there...would be in big trouble if it&#039;s known that they passed you. It would also most likely cause you problems as well...those converters ARE there for a reason.</description>

I dont know what state you&#039;re in but not having a cat on a honda (or any other car that came with one OEM) is on the illegal side.</description>
